Heavy Light Split, Barbell Prescription.
I hope this is the right place to post this. Having just moved to the Heavy Light split (page 266) I was curious about others' experience with this program, in terms of press and bench progression. I've stuck to adding 2.5kg to both lifts every week as I did at the end of LP and it feels really good, in fact I really feel the volume is driving the press and bench particularly and I could possibly be adding more. So how has anyone else got on with this particular split?
