Hey Mark, I ran NLP pre covid and recently starting again. I’m 6’2 and weigh 280lb. My current lifts are
Squats 305x5x3
Deadlift 360x5x3
Bench 205x5x3
Press 145x5x3
Cleans 135x3x5
I know these numbers are relatively low for my height and weight, and am just curious if I should keep running them up with a calorie surplus and not worry about my weight. I am overweight and want to lose some fat and just not sure how or what to prioritize. Thanks
I know this doesn't address your question, but why are you doing three sets of five across for deadlifts?
