Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this.

I'm 38 years old, 6' tall and about 183. I know it's low but I was real skinny and I've gained about 20 lbs since starting the lp. I've worked my way up to 225 squat, 265 deadlift, 135 bench, 90 press, and now that I finally got the equipment I'm doing 105 power cleans. The problem is at 6' my wingspan is 6'5" and especially squatting is really starting to kill my shoulders. I've tried holding my hands out wider, but it's still hard on my shoulders and its also hard to keep my back tight enough that way. Are there any tips for someone with long arms? Once the weights got heavy enough it really took a toll on my shoulders and it's affecting my other lifts now too. I've been lifting really light trying to find a way to squat that will work, but I'm having trouble. I think I need to take a break and let my shoulders heal a bit, but I'm afraid it will just happen again once I start back up. Thanks for your help.
