I weigh 200 lbs I'm 5'9, i put on about 15 lbs during my LP and got my squat up to 370lb 3x5 overhead press 165 3x5 Bench 235 3x5 and deadlift 390lb 1x5. I feel like I can keep adding weight to most of these lifts but I notice I'm not recovering very well and some days I just can't bump my numbers up. I'm currently doing SS 3 times a week. and training bjj 3 times a week one of those days I try to go light and just drill. Am I reaching the end of my LP? Are there any tricks I can do to keep getting stronger?

Thank you for your help, I'm sorry if this has already been addressed.

Your squat and deadlift are pretty close. If your deadlift is stuck and your squat is moving, maybe reset the squat a little. I tried it and my deadlift got unstuck. Here is what caused me to do it:

Plenty more information to be found if you do a simple search on the site or the forums.
