Yes sir, the clearance issue is within the rack. So I'm thinking that push press would be that overload exercise, which would replace pin presses in my circumstance.

I just got done listening to one of your older podcasts, Ask Rip #39, And you answered a question about the push press.
You said, "Push presses are not going to help your press. They will not help your press. Partial strength comes from lockouts at the pin, but if you get used to using your knees in the press, you're going to do it on the platform. I wouldn't ever do push presses for the press. Push presses are a jerk assistance exercise, not a press assistance exercise."
With the being the case, what can I do? Is incline bench my only option, or am I missing something (besides a better rack at my gym)?
You can do the program as we suggest. This means you'll have to make some changes. Get busy.
