I have run GGW twice and TM several times. I think GGW is a better program if you have more going on outside the gym. It's more of a "keep your gains" or "conservative gains" type program. TM is my go to format when I want to make PR's. I just gone done with14 weeks of TM and adding close to 100lbs to my lifts. Going to do GGW again during the spring as I play baseball at this time.
