    I've heard Nick talk about setting a range for both volume and intensity workouts, for example
    if my next intensity day is 167x1x7
    on my volume day try to be around 125 to 140 and when I hit all 5x5 with 140 I can go up in range.

    I've done this and it works pretty well.
