    Greetings from Glasgow Scotland,

I have been on the NLP programme for 3.5 months and I am looking for some guidance on whether I should change my programming and if so what to change to.

I am starting to feel general soreness and lethargy constantly. I think all lifts are close to plateauing apart from the squat which I feel still has some millage in it.

    Stats below.

    Sq 124 KG
    BP 77.5KG
    PC 46KG
    P 49.5KG
    DL 150KG
    Chins 3 sets of 4

If you require any additional info please let me know.

    Thanks in advance

Get your carbs up to 350g/day and see if you don't feel better almost immediately.
