    Default Novice Training and what to do with off days

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Ok, I started my day with the low weight bars. Lifted yesterday. Other than eating well, what should I do on the rest days when I'm not as sore as those who lift heavy weight?

    Enjoy your day off.

    Rest is about recovery, not about soreness and does not track with weight lifted, it tracks with unusual stress.

    Today we shot 5-stand and tomorrow is D&D.
