Hi, Elad, 207.5, 5'10"
Finished the Classic Texas Method with
Squat: 420 (5 Singles)
Bench Press: 260 (5 Singles)
Press: 180 (7 Singles)
Deadlift: 475 (Single)

Milked everything that I could from the program.
Decided to move to 4 days a week Texas method with intensity cycling.
I would love to hear what do you think about the program, cause I have a few questions about it.

Upper:
Press Intensity 10×1
Bench Volume 5x5
Dips 3x8-12

Lower:
Squat Intensity 1x3/2×2/5×1
SLDL Volume 3x5
Barbell Row 3x8-12

Upper:
Bench Intensity 1x3/2×2/5×1
Press Volume 5x5
LTE 3x8-12

Lower:
Squat Volume 5x5
Deadlift Intensity 1x3/1×2/1×1
Chin-ups 3xMAX

My questions:
1) I planned it in such a way that only in the third cycle (week 7,8,9) will I break a new record in each rep range for that week similar to the example in the book, it makes sense from a programming stand point ?

2) My volume day is:
85% in the week of the triple
82.5% in the week of the double
80% in the week of the single

It worked great for me in the classic Texas Method.
The problem is that because I work every week in a different rep range so many times it goes out the same volume for two consecutive weeks, is that okay?
Should I take volume percentage from next week intensity I am going to lift or from the same week intensity ?

3) I did not do SLDL, with what percentage of the deadlift would you recommend me to start?

LAST ONE !
4) I Used to to 3x2 / 2x3 / 5x1 in the classic Texas Method, I read at the book that when you cycle intensity just a 1x3/2x2 can be enough, should I stay with 3x2 and 2x3 or a heavy triple and 2x2 is enough ?
