    You often mention how Press specialists need to press 4x a week on the podcast. I’ve heard you allude to what this would look like generally, but could you give a specific example of how to set this up while still programming Squats and Pulls Monday, Wednesday, and Friday?

    I'm not sure about 4x a week. At 38:11 on this video, Coach Delgadillo talks about adding a third day of pressing:

    In this article, Coach Delgadillo gives some detail on doing a compressed Texas method for the press, which is 2x a week:

    Here's an article detailing Coach Chase Lindley's training and pressing exploits, in which he appears from the log to be pressing mostly 2x a week on a compressed Texas method, then adding in some third days:
