One arm Deadlifts.
Hello, I plan on getting back into training when and if these absurd lockdowns end. I also would like to compete in a Strongman comp one day. I was wondering what the consensus of one arm Deadlifts would be a good supplemental exercise for both grip strength and oblique strength? While suitcase Deadlifts would probably translate most to Farmer Walks, my question could also apply to one arm straddle Deadlifts or Deadlifts with barbell in front. I know Mark isn't particularly fond of one arm overhead pressing movements, but what about pulls from the floor? Not as unstable as overhead, and you could get it decently heavy.

Thanks Mark! So if I am reading the article right, my time would be better spent on getting the deadlift up, and then practicing with farmer walks implements as opposed to screwing around with one arm deads.
