It takes me 3 bench workouts to add 5lbs to my bench and 2 workouts to add 2.5lbs. For press I知 following Nick Delgadillo advice where you just do 15 reps however possible and seems to be working good as I知 going up 5lbs a workout All other lifts are moving good too should I move to 3x3 or Texas method style programming.
1. I知 resting 6-8 mins between sets.
2. Even with 2.5lbs jumps I can稚 progress workout to workout should I lower it even further and add 1-2 lbs a workout
3. I知 eating in a surplus
I知 thinking of running Bill Starrs 5x5 instead of the Texas method for both my presses..
