    Default Bench stall

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    It takes me 3 bench workouts to add 5lbs to my bench and 2 workouts to add 2.5lbs. For press I知 following Nick Delgadillo advice where you just do 15 reps however possible and seems to be working good as I知 going up 5lbs a workout All other lifts are moving good too should I move to 3x3 or Texas method style programming.

    Monday:
    Work up to a top set of 5 on the bench, weight is the same as Fridays triple.

    Wednesday
    Work up to a top set of 5 on the press.

    Friday
    Work up to a triple, 5lbs higher than Monday痴 workout.
