Don’t you have a playground with some kind of bar to chin from somewhere where you live?
The texas method programme recommends chin ups and back extension on the recovery days (Wednesday)
i work out at home and have no access to a decent chin up bar or equipment for back extensions. are there any recommended alternatives? i have a barbell, squat rack, bench and thats about it.

Place the bar on top the squat rack, you now have a pullup bar. Also, do good mornings.
i manage to find a bar for doing chin ups.its a bit thick but it will do.
started doing good mornings. did 5 sets of 10 with 20kg weight. i havent done this exercise before so thought it best to start of light.
Get one of those $20 chin up bars that hook into a doorway.
I don't do back extensions anymore but I used to wrap my legs around my bench and hang off the end. Just make sure the bench doesn't swing up.
