So I was lifting for 5 years, before 1.5 year break. When I ended up I was at 230kg (506lbs) squat and same deadlift and around 290lbs bench, 225 lbs press.

Right now im 26 years old, and already get 1kg of body weight back (94.5kg as today, 1.5 year ago around 105kg).

Recently I got back to lifting (just 6 training of SS phase 1 done). For squat and deadlift it is still such a breeze I think I can milk them for long time with eventually cutting to 2.5kg (5lbs) increasments to keep progress longer.

Squat 100kg x5 -> 125kg x5

Deadlift 110kg x5 -> 135kg x5

OHP at 60kg and Bench Press about 80.

I'm moving to phase 2 now and I wanted to add some chin-ups and dips.

Can I do chin-ups 3x a week, and dips on the days without deadlifting?


Also my fiance started lifting and shes doing great, without lifting experience shes doing very well with SS.
Although she had accident with her shoulders and sometimes she feels a pain and now that she will soon also move to phase 2 - Should she be doing power cleans or should she switch this with something?
