Get your testosterone levels checked!!! You can eat enough, sleep enough and do the program to the letter, and if your T is low, you may have metabolic syndrome/insulin resistant and end up with shit results, sky high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes (from being in a caloric surplus (even very clean) after 5 months... All because your T levels are likely low. Get it checked and pay to optimize it if its low, or even sub optimal. You're welcome.

I Ii didn't find the youtube podcast episodes on TRT until 4 months after I started my lp but I found them. I got started via TBBP and learned the lifts from the form videos on the SS youtube channel. Forward I march l, treatment begins. Better late than never. Thanks for all you do coach.
