Hey guys, quick question. I'm doing TM for my squat, last week on my ID I hit 4 reps and was just about to hit the 5th one but the bar rolled forward on my back and shifted the weight from my mid-foot. I missed the 5th rep due to a mistake in the form so I went a head and did 1 more rep right away without a break (after setting the bar back on the hooks and putting the weight back on). Can I still increase the weight for next weeks ID?
Probably - as long as you don't roll it up your back again and get out of position.
