In one of the call in episodes a guy asked a press question and you outlined how to press four days a week. I think it was 5x5 on Monday, heavy singles and maybe LTE’s or close grip bench on Wednesday, three sets of five on Friday, and pin press on Saturday. I can’t find that particular episode right now and may be misremembering things. Would you mind going over that again? I’m only a novice and don’t need the change yet but having a big press someday is appealing.
