Hallo, I follow the SS 1,5 month now. I have tried again but i quit a couple o years before.

I am 175lbs (starting 165) and 5 10 height. 27 years old. I eat 4500-4800 calories (well not from the beggining of the programm. I start after a diet 2200 calories rising to that numbers). My sleep isnt brilliant but at least 6-7 hours.

    I start squat 135, now 200
    Bench 135, now 150
    Press 65, now 100
Deadlift (the problem) 190, now 225

I have try 2 resets but i cant go higher than 225. I feel much fatigue and soreness to lower back and glutes after deadlifting and squating. Should I reduce volume or frequency? I didnt start power cleans because i think i should get a better deadlift.

Have you been adjusting the frequency of your lifts at all as you moved through the phases? Are you sure about you're technique? You also seem light for someone at 5'10" and has been eating >4000 kcal for...how long now exactly?

Have you had your form checked? Struggling with a 225 deadlift seems really odd given your age and size.

As well as the difference in increases between press/squat and bench/deadlift.
He put on 35lbs on the press but only 15lbs on the bench, and 65lbs on the squat but only 35lbs on the deadlift?

It seems like a pretty obvious form issue on the press and Deadlift. Plus a bodyweight issue
