    Week 5

    SQ
    130kg 5x5
    105kg 2x5
    152.5kg 2x3

    DL
    145kg 3x5
    3x Chins
    167.5kg 1x5

    Week 6
    SQ
    132.5kg 5x5
    107.5kg 2x5
    155kg 2x3 - Missed all reps

    DL
    147.5kg 3x5
    3xChins
    170kg 1x5 - Missed all reps including 150kg warm-up
I can't find my copy of the grey book, but I thought on TM, you don't do DL 3x5? do you?

I thought it was just the 1x5 on Monday and then the 5x3 PC/PS on Fridays.

In the attached link SSC Paul Horn substitutes the PC for 3x5 DL with reduced %

I find that calorie counting (numerically) is kind of a joke really.
No one can estimate serving size; and the (reported) caloric density of foods are all over the place in reality.
It basically comes down to if you a gaining (in a surplus) or not (not in a surplus).

    Protien/macros could be off though

Just completed my ID, feeling really happy, everything went smooth and good. I guess last week was just a bad day?

Last week I tried to do my five sets of three with 180 on the press. I got one set, and then I couldn't get a single anymore. I finished all of my reps today with little issue.

If you really went all out in that basketball game it could have put you in a recovery deficit. It happens.
