Following are my past 2 weeks on the TM. I would like to know why I completely missed all the reps on ID in week 6. Is this a recovery issue? I've been sleeping 7-8h a day. On missed rep day the weight felt like it was double the amount and was completely crushing me, I coudn't even squeeze 1 rep out. The training is structured like
