Question about haltings and the 4 day split
Hey all, so I'm resuming training slowly after an injury, and I'll be doing the 4 day split. On my lower body days, I have planned heavy squat triples followed by a set of haltings for 8 on lower day 1, and volume squat 5x5 followed by rack pulls for 5 on lower day 2.
Anything unwise about this set up?

In the book I recommend alternating haltings and rack pulls every other week, not every other workout. Power cleans are the second pulling workout of the week.
