Cleans and Power Cleans
The Program uses power cleans (or snatches) to keep power production on par with strength increases, and to add some pulling volume. If I can do squat cleans, should I, at some point, start squating lower to catch the bar as the weight goes up and simply do full cleans? Or is there a reason to keep doing power cleans and change programming?

There is no reason to do full cleans unless you are an Olympic lifter. Or unless you just want to. I've explained why we use power cleans instead of cleans. But it's your call.
