    Hi,

    I may unfortunately have to temporarily (until end of the year) work out only on Tues, Thurs, and Fri. I am on forever LP, but I am pretty close to PR and advance novice territory for squat.

    Can I do something like this:

    Tues: sq, bench, DL
    Thurs: sq, bench, chins
    Fri: Light sq, press, ps

    I don't power clean due to long forearms, and my press is kind of high compared to my bench (took a year off bench due to shoulder). I know this is butchering the program, but I'm not really sure what option I have other than lifting twice a week.

    Without knowing your relevant numbers, I would switch Thursday and Friday around and ditch the light squat altogether. The extra rest day may be enough to manage recovery on the squat, and Thursday will essentially be your light day since press and power snatch are overall less stressful.

    I think this may set you up well for a transition to an intermediate program when the time comes, too.
