I’ve done my first reset on squat
270-285
Added 15lbs on my 3 sets of 5, after a FIRST RESET
Yes i am already doing light day
Last successful was
285 x 5 x 3
2 days before i did light day squat + 330 x 5 Hard grind deadlift
Today i did 290 x 5,3,2,2,2,1,
Squat is getting slow and hard 4th and 5th rep of SET 1 , after 10 mins attempt the 2nd set, feeling not good unrack it and i call it a day , just continue got all 15 reps, with 1-2 mins reset in between those doubles and single
Should i give it one more try 290lbs , after 3 days rest?, once i failed to do 3 sets of 5?
Or should i do my SECOND RESET still do a 3 x 5
Or continue to hit a NEW 5 RM + back offs,
Or reset and do 5 RM + back offs
