Yes i do a lot of chins and pullups onboard! The dumbells are 75lbs each so yes i am doing dumbell bench press and press with them but i am doing 12+ reps now on bench press so they need to be upgraded…Thanks will check out the corona video.

When i do LP I have to decrease the weight when coming home from work and it takes one or two workouts to come back to the weight that was used the previous vacation. After that I will stall the first or second workout, I have tried 2 resets now. Feels like I should be able to squeeze out a little more on LP though, I dont know what is normal for my presumtions since I think not many have heard about SS where I am from(and not many people in my commercial gym is close strong).
