    Personal Records Recently Achieved:

    Squat: 355 1x5, never performed a single
    Press: 160 1x4, never performed a single
    Bench: 245 1x4, never performed a single
    Deadlift: 375 1x5, 429 single

I eat 2800-3000 calories per day. I’m slowly gaining strength while maintaining weight but improving body composition. I’m between 20-25% body fat. My goal is to do a 1000lb total for Squat Press Deadlift in the next 6 weeks or so.

    Any advice?

Just keep doing the program my friend (I assume you are already), read a “clarification” and “the first 3 questions” a few times so it sinks in and enjoy the process! 1 thing Rip has said that I always remind myself of, “Just because it’s heavy doesn’t mean you can't do it” which is great to remind yourself of when things start getting heavier!

Your deadlift is probably stronger than that. How have you been programming it? Squat and deadlift video?
