Default Minimum numbers before proceeding to intermediate

When training without a coach it can be difficult to know when to move on to intermediate programming. There is always the doubt between making mistakes (the three questions) or having reached your potential with the NLP.

Is there a minimal number that can be reached by 90% of the population with NLP for each lift? Depending on bw, sex and age?

I assume all competent coaches have these numbers in their mind, but has anyone ever written it down?

No such thing. I'm sorry, but if you want to understand this you're going to have to read the book: Practical Programming for Strength Training, 3rd edition – The Aasgaard Company
