    Obviously you’re not trying hard enough. 5,000 calories isn’t that hard to get in if you know what you’re doing. Start drinking calories and stop making excuses for yourself. A 330 squat isn’t impressive, especially if you have the vertical that you say you have. Why are you so set on looking skinny? Put some muscle on your frame. Losing fat is easy. Especially for a dude who doesn’t like to eat. Gaining muscle is the hard part. Focus on that and you can lose fat later. You can’t program your way out of this one -- the main way you get stronger is adding muscle and you need to gain weight to do that.
