How did it go with the straps?
Hey y'all - I am sorry I haven't followed up here. I got extremely sick just after posting this. I thought I would rebound quickly. I still haven't gotten back to 365 lbs pull. I thought I would rebound quick but this hasn't been the case.
with respect to the posts that are wondering why I am struggling at 365 - I am straight up not good at this barbell training. I have zero body awareness. (Although, it has gotten better as I have been training.)
I'll post again once I get back to 365 but I wanted to post an update.
