BJJ Athlete Programming Question
Hey guys,
I have mistakeably been running a conjugate type program written for me by some coach which i realised i am not advanced enough for.
I'm a BJJ athlete who practises 6x per week and i compete often at a pretty decent level at brown belt.
I have got a couple big competitions in the next few months so i can't reduce my bjj training right now to replace with strength training as rolling intensity is higher right now.
What would you suggest i do until the competitions?
Would a 2 day program be better right now and how would you set that up?
After these comps are up i'll be reducing the bjj and focusing on getting strong for 3-6 months.

Hlm or 4 day split if you ran nlp. Lower volume higher intensity works for me in those times, but not sure for others
