    Default Wed/Fri split

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I have a new client starting next week (female, 44yrs).

    Wed/Fri are the two days she can train.

    With being a less-than-optimal set-up, what are your recommendations/experiences on how to set up training for her?

    2- light squat, press, DL

    Assuming she is a rank novice, she can add weight to her squat and deadlift every workout.
