Close to the end of the LP you're deadlifting close to two weeks (or near enough: every ten days) anyway. I would just go ahead and increase. You're overthinking it.
Close to the end of LP. Missed my deadlift session last Sunday (did 3x5 bench and only 1x5 squat) since I felt a slight hamstring tweak during the squats. Did next session with squat at 90 %, and hamstring now feels good. Should I repeat the DL weight from my last DL session next Sunday? It will then have been two weeks between the deadlifts. Or should I go down in weight?

Notice that No Insect has been on the boards here for 7 years.
Yup, that is funny (or is it sad...?). This is a reset after a 6 month layoff.
You're probably right. Been doing DL once a week for a while, but keeping the increases small. Might just as well space it out a bit instead. That could actually make it easier. Thanks!
