Hit the gas or pump the brakes?
5’11 240 lbs at 19.8% body fat and 38 yrs old.
My pronouns are Hairy. Man.
Lifts are
Squat 405x1(stalling)
Deadlift 500x1(progressing)
Press 220x1(progressing)
Bench 325x1(stalling)
My question is, should I continue to push my body weight to around 260-270 or is my body fat getting to high in relation to my training numbers(another words maintain body weight and try to drive training numbers up)?
Yes I know this has been asked a 1000 times before and I’m just curious about my particular case. Thanks in advance for any advice.
