    Why the hell would they put the rack on a wavy floor? Oh and are those the old school Rehband blues?

    I guess the floor is just all beat up and they have some mats over top. I was out of town, but knew this going in. There is another gym in the area that I've been to that I will definitely go to from now on when there.

    online at jackal's gym is where I got them.

    Yeah, the guy recording the video with my phone saw it...normally i take a normal camera that I can just sit somewhere, but forgot it this time so had someone use my phone.

    A few time's i've had to bail at the bottom of a squat, when i have the bar on the pins my abs have felt so tight, which probably means something
