    Great interview. And for anybody that didn't get the names correctly, the two athletes names that Rip and Wendler discussed were Alexander Karelin and Konstantin Konstantinov.

    Thanks again to all invovled in putting together and producing these videos, as well as Jim for visiting and being willing to do this.
    I wonder what the over/under is for how old his son will be when he squats, say, 300#? Anyhow, that was informative and enjoyable to watch. Thanks.

    Definetely my fav so far of the series... And yes as soon as the wife caves I will have a prowler to store in my small ass apartment in NYC to push up and down the block.

    Konstantin Konstantinovs. He's in Latvia, so there's an inexplicable S on the end of his last name.

    Konstantin is a beast and an inspiration, same with Karelin. Really loved the interview.

    Kinda cool how KK's first name is part of his last name. I should change my name to Donov Donovan....
