    Default Traps Touching Ears

I just realized that I can get my traps to touch my ears while keeping my head straight. This was one of those bodybuilding goals I used to have when I was 130 lbs. Another was getting my calves to touch each other with ankles together and feet straight ahead (ways to go on that).

The interesting thing is that I hardly do any pulling these days, but supporting in the bar in the low position has really been working the traps hard. I've been noticing that I can contract them harder these past few weeks.

Are you overhead pressing? Anything otherhead? I'm nowhere near my ears but my traps are noticibly larger as my press weight is going up.

Awesome! I've achieved one of Gary's goals! Freakishly large calves seem to run in my family.

A few more weeks of ear stretching and I'll be there with you.

What's the best exercise for that?

So... (uncomfortably) ... is everyone else just waiting around to see where Mr. Citys' spelling mistake takes us?
