    Default Does my week look too hectic?

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    MONDAY: SS
    TUESDAY: Shot/Disc/Javelin
    WEDNESDAY: SS
    THURSDAY: Preseason Rugby
    FRIDAY: SS
    SATURDAY: Rest
    SUNDAY: Either Shot/Disc/Javelin or rest.

    This is my current week, any input?

    Give it a try, but I think you're likely to run into the same problems you had when you were doing SS and eighty billion other things. I might be wrong though, so who knows!

    It looks doable, if your food and rest is on point. You may consider doing squats M/F, DL on W, and Presses on an A/B split.

    Ill point out those 80 billion things were all crammed into one workout (except learning dutch).

    But I shall take your adivce and try it.

    This. Make sure you get enough rest and food, and as long as you're not killing yourself out on the field, you'll be fine.

    Eat. I can't really stress it as much as it should be. You need to eat. Red meat should be a staple.

    Generally, when you weight 210 at 14 years and 10 months - it means you've been eating a fuckload.
