    Default muscle imbalance

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024

    4th week in to starting strength making great gains--- thanks

    My right quadricep is quite bigger than my left quadricep, always was.

    Im starting to pack on some more muscle and can see quite a difference in size especially the muscle right above the knee.

    Any recommendations

    Also my right tricep is bigger than my left..

    Eat more and keep lifting. You probably spent a long time favoring your right side and you expect it to fix itself in four weeks of training? If a year from now you notice a huge difference and have been following the program, then there might be some issue, otherwise it is likely not something to worry about now.

    1) DTP. Eat. It'll correct itself over time.

    2) Use the search function more (see the sticky on Rip's board about that) and read before posting
