They're all horseshit. BCAAs, Multivitamins, and fish oil? Give me a fucking break and show me when they ever made a damn bit of difference in a guy's lifting performance.

Whey I guess is useful if you cant eat enough meat. Creatine, meh, I guess it works, but arent you kind of back to square-one once you go off it?

Sorry Im raging here, but people spend so much money and mental energy on this bullshit when some good old-fashioned Test and Dbol would be 100x as effective for the same price.

Waste of money? Five pounds of whey protein is $30 at Sam's. Do you know of a cheaper source of protein?

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the importance of fish oil. That's the only supplement I take and consider necessary.

I like creatine ethyl ester but any supps you buy can be bought for much cheaper and the pure source from true protein. Has any one used beta alanine? I have some but havent been using it. I am curious if reps go down once you stop?

Reps will go down if you don't use it. The degree is based on the supplement. Some are stronger than others.

Definitely. That's a good size to get in case you don't like it. Put it in kool aid or gatorade.
