    Hello All,
I finished reading “Starting Strength” and from it I created a diet, workout, and supplement plan. Can the members here review what I’ve put together and get me some constructive criticism. I’d really appreciate. Thanks.

    Protein: 287

    Workout A
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Bench Press

There's nothing to really critique: you're on the SS forum doing SS.

Calories seem good for someone your size (though it's a little high in carbs for my liking).

I wouldn't recommend eating so little, obviously you need at least 3968 calories to get big.
