I noticed it felt faster/lighter to do a deadlift if I postponed opening my back angle as i opened my knee angle. Like if i tried to get upright as soon as i started deadlifting it would feel difficult. But by consciously pushing against the floor while opening the knee angle while having a thought to keep your back angle closed... and then getting upright... that made all the difference. Can anyone confirm?
