    Rules suggestions:

    Lift: Deadlift
Reps: Set Of 5; Singles do not count and you have to reset after every rep.
Weight: 180kg/185kg /405lbs #Not sure about this because 180kg is 4 plates but 405 equals 184 so it may be fair to make it 185. Anyway it's up to you.

This is it but you have to post a video when you are done. Don't hate me I think it will be more interesting that way.

In. Should be wrapping this up pretty quickly, 4 weeks or so. I pulled a fairly easy 365 for the start of an LP, will be adding 10 pounds a week to 395, then 5 pound jumps.

I'm in, with the self imposed stipulation that I have to do it with decent form. I just did 345 today.

This is my goal but I think it's going to take me a while! 345x2 @163 is my best atm.

I wish I was this freak of which you speak, but I've been deadlifting and doing goodmornings, and then RDL's for over a year now.

Alright. Give it another three weeks or so. Pulled 170kg/375lbsx5 today. 1RM should be 440lbs/200kg.
