I feel really bad about missing my workout sessions. I really look forward to working out, DL, and squatting, but I haven't really felt well the last couple of days. I skipped my monday workout and did some shoulder isolations, and I did sets to failure of WG pullups and CG chins on tuesday, both at home. I am not feeling well enough to hit the gym to DL, powerclean, squat, bench, etc. I am wondering how this will affect my progress?

Why don't you spend your sick days reading this board, where these questions have already been answered 800 times?

Forget how skipping workouts is going to affect your progress, if you're in good enough health to do sets to failure of pull-ups and chins then get yourself to the gym!

Sometimes skipping a workout makes sense, but more often than not (for me it's prob at least 4 out of 5 times if not more) when i drag myself to the gym i'll have a decent enough workout. For the answer to your original question... keep searching.
