    dearest SS community,

    good evening to those here beginning to learn about strength training

    it has been brought to my attention by several members that their are many here who would like to train for sexual performance, instead of merely training for strength and-or increased bodyweight

    i have spoken to a few members of the community on this board who are qualified to help answer these questions, and we are willing to help so generously with our time

    any questions you have regarding training for sexual events, performance in sex related activities, or increasing body parts to peak performance, post them here and we will address your questions at our earliest convenience

    Penis is a muscle right? So training it will increase it's size, right? If my assumptions are correct, what exercises do you recommend? I'm thinking penis extensions, something similar to neck extensions, but for the penis. I will obviously start out very light.

    to increase size you must increase the blood capacity or stretch the tissue (volume vs. length)

    to increase blood capacity exercises like jelqing, especially half-jelqs and quarter-jelqs, which are much more athletic and sexually-realistic, are preferred -- anything which repeatedly forces more blood into your semi-erect wang so that the blood vessels increase their size

    to stretch the tissue gently apply a 10-second tug and repeat several times, eventually you can strap your dong to your thigh during the day so it is under constant tension or you can hang weights from the end

    lifting weights with your pink torpedo, such as fractional plate swings, will only strengthen the muscles in your perineum , but this could help with control of your "release"

    What causes more vascular stretching? HB (High balls) jelqing or LB (low balls) jelqing?
    Also, do low reps increase length and high reps girth?

    I'm very experienced in hand-to-gland combat, and possess a vertical hump of 12.9". By that authority, and the video I have of 30 weighted penis slaps, I know full well that PTG jelqs ARE bad for your pees.

    Having almost perfected the "penis push-up," I would like to offer suggestions for people simply worried about maximal effort penis pressing. I'm not much on appearance, but I have many years of practice at both isometric (against denim) and dynamic (or..."oops I missed") penis presses.

    I think I remember you saying that everyone has the innate potential to be a porn star like Ron Jeremy.

    Unfortunately, Rip's excessive negativity has discouraged me from pursuing any jackhammering.

    With your proven history of sexual athleticism, could you teach me to be a truly elite porn star? I was thinking about incorporating controlled half-doggies into my typical training regimen to avoid rounding my back and to improve my power out of the bottom position--thoughts?
