    Balanced out, your OHP should be around 2/3 of your bench. That assumes you actually train overhead as much as you train bench.

    5'10", 210. Pressed 145 a couple days ago. Weak I know, Its been stuck a while.

    Every other workout AKA 3 times per 2 weeks.

    Until I am able to squat again, I bench and press every workout, and just alternate the order between them. I leg press too, but I'm ashamed of that one, so the less said, the better.
