    2 new PRs from yesterday - 405lb raw squat & 140lb curl, both singles. The goals get closer.

    Weak.

    Taking a week off after this cycle. Summer school will be done by then. Relax and recharge.

    During that time physical exertion won't exceed a leisurely bike ride.

    Haha! Still working on 1200 right now. I am contemplating a cut after that--I am having quite the internal conflict over it, actually.

    Failed twice today. I tried 385x1 squat, failed, and tried again, failing. The first one was so close. I felt like I had it. A bit extra sleep and food over the last two or three days would've put it over the top, I am sure. Pissed off. Vid forthcoming.

    Can relate more than I want to.

    It seems as if I just lost my mind after hitting 1200. Which, coincidentally, occurred right when I started Summer school.

    starting strength coach development program
    8 weeks till I run a 5K.

    I'll still make 405lbs squats for 3 sets of 5 before year's end...
