    Default Goals for 2012

I thought it would be fun to put together a goal thread for 2012. You would basically set a goal (listed below) and try to hit it before the end of next year. If you happen to hit one of the goals, you can always try to go for another one.

Each goal will be for bench/squat/deadlift or a total (raw). When you hit one (or more) of lifts, please post a video of it here. I will keep track of everyone's progress and the date the lift or lifts were completed. There will be 5 categories: 100/200/300 or 600 total, 200/300/400 or 900 total, 300/400/500 or 1200 total, 400/500/600 or 1500 total, and 500/600/700 or 1800 total. We can go higher if needed, but I don't think anyone on this site has over an 1800 raw total. If so, I can make a bigger category.

Remember, this is a training total, so all of the lifts don't have to be done in one day. If you happen to put them together at a meet, you can post that vid too.

Lets hit some heavy iron and get these goals accomplished!

I'm in for the 1200 lbs club. Going to try to do so at 220 lbs.

    I will put myself down for 1200, but that isn't very ambitious because I already had ~1100 as a light 198. Now, I'm a light 181. I'll say 1200+ @ 165 in a meet.

I think I can get to a 200 press, 350 squat, and 450 Deadlift, so a 1000 LB total, I would be real happy with that.

It is bench though, not press. I know you bench quite a bit more than 200, so that puts you pretty close to the 1200 bracket, if you want to get in on that.

I'm in for 1200. I'd also like to add 20lbs of useful bodyweight.

Put me in the 1200 club, though I'm probably living in fantasyland if I get a 300 bench or 500 dead in '12. I figure a 400lb squat is in the cards, especially once my bad leg is fully in the game, but the other two, not so sure.
