Another great educational interview! Keeping it real too with the points about geared lifters lifting massive loads. As Ripp mentioned the insane huge numbers that are thrown about regarding geared lifts can and do influence us that don't know any better, we think we should be benching 600 pounds last week or squatting 750 pounds just one year after training. I want to say thank you to everyone involved in bringing these videos and articles into the public domain and at having such easy access to them, keep them coming.

The way that Ed and Marty talk about Kirk in their interviews really gives an interesting perspective on who Kirk is. There is more to who he is than "Mr. 1000x2" and his personality really comes though in this interview AFTER watching the others and seeing how they talk about him. Ed saying "If we were overseas with Kirk we needed diplomatic immunity" hints that there are some very entertaining stories that we are probably never going to be told.
