So I bought this cheap piece of shit belt from wal mart. I found that to get "tightness" from the belt I have to put it on at a level that makes my organs feel a bit crushed after a set. Is this normal, or is it just because I have a cheap piece of shit belt?
If I put it on a notch looser, it doesn't give me the organ crushing but it barely feels like it provides any support at all.
Note: this is one of those gay fucking tapered belts where the back is 4 inches and the rest is 2.5 inches.

Make sure you know how to use the belt. The belt is used to push against. It shouldn't offer any support unless you utilize it.
If you can't take in a full breath with it on, you have it too tight.
This sounds really weird. Maybe you have super weak abs so the narrow belt in cutting into you abdomen. You need to valsava HARD and push your abs out against the belt.
Crushing your organs sounds like it might require hospitalization.
This belt sounds shittier than a dude prison squatting and using the guys arms as a belt. Just throw it in the garbage.
Sounds like one hole is way to tight and the adjacent is too loose. Drill a hole in it, bro.
